For a comparable quote, every item should show technical specifications, unit price, volume discount, lead time and payment terms together. Documents and compliance
For every item in the quote, the CE marking, ISO 13485 certificate status and ÜTS (Turkish product tracking system) registration are shared on request. The same details are listed separately for proposed equivalents.
Packaging and order quantity
Consumables are priced per box or carton; the quantity per box, boxes per carton and any minimum order quantity are stated separately in the quote.
Delivery plan
For in-stock items, orders placed by 14:00 (Turkey time) are handed to DHL or Sürat Kargo the same day; within Istanbul, motorcycle courier delivery is also available with the fee paid by the recipient. For items not in stock, the dispatch day is stated in the quote; recurring consumption can be set up as a periodic shipment plan.

In which format can we send our request for quotation?

Do you quote against a technical specification?
Yes. Next to every requirement in the specification we state the specification of the product we propose; if we cannot meet an item, the quote says so clearly.
Is a volume discount applied to bulk orders?
For bulk orders, pricing depends on quantity, item split and delivery plan. Discounted unit prices and commercial terms are stated on the same quote.
How long does it take to prepare a quote?
For standard in-stock items the quote is usually ready the same day. For items that need manufacturer confirmation, such as textiles, we tell you the quote date in our first reply.
Who do you sell to?
We sell with an invoice to hospitals, clinics, polyclinics, care centers, laboratories and other healthcare institutions. Delivery is planned across Turkey.
Do you quote buyers outside Turkey?
Yes. International hospitals, clinics and distributors can send the same itemized request; the shipping method, delivery terms and export documents are agreed and stated on the quote.
